I checked mine earlier and it bounces back and forth from new high counts to the old numbers.

To make a mini on iOS, you can just reboot your whole phone. When you re-download MW, you will have a brand new account (mini) started.

If you're on an iOS device, try to buy the gold again but "cancel" at the final screen. That will usually clear it up.

For what it's worth, I have a newer iPhone 6 and I can deploy 2 full accounts at 2 minutes left in FL and that's including the time it takes to switch accounts. I'm sure 12k deploys in 30 minutes is...
