With the new rival list, stat inflation, and fact u can rob people much higher stat, the game is just a punishment for those with high iph. People with low iph can rob without fear of retaliation.

Didnt get to look at my data carefully but it seems tier 4 and tier 5 starts off fairly close. Based on BZ's claim that tier 5 boss 100 has 95m hp it seems tier 5 gets tougher real fast at higher lvs
