Yes, u can hit lvl 100 over and over and it will still count as a hit in your syndicate goals.

Currently, my syndicate limits how many hits each member can hit for bosses and save it for another day.

I have no issue, did u try hunting for them again and see if u still get drops and when u do, check if they still disappear?
