yes it take 25 minutes for each quarter so more or less an hour and 40 min for a full bar. so in a war, u can make 4 hits at the start, then wait for 50 min come back and make anoter 2 hits then wait...

You shouldn't get penalized for gaining levels. The level cap should be increased as well. Actually it should be very hard to level up and ther should be benefits for higher levels for eg more...

I meant when u had maxed out your allies like 500 u can get extra allies with gems and that's why some players have more allies than others like 512 or whatever ( I thought that's what this thread is...

I had the same problem and what I did was just delete the app and reinstall it from iTunes. The issue resolved and I did not lose my gold. I don't think it's a hacker issue, more of a discrepancies...
