[Announcement] Faction Base Quartermaster bug resolution

As some players have observed there was a bug in the boosts provided by the Quartermaster building. As a result some factions received extra bonuses above what should have been provided by the building, which resulted in some factions with the exact same boosts unlocked having different boost amounts. We have fixed the bug, and in the interest of fairness we are removing the extra awarded bonuses now. We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your continued patience and support."
