problems with getting into CC

Anyone else having problems getting it to Crime city because I cant get on with my phone which is a HTC one m8 and I 've been told that gree is trying to fix that but 2 months later and I still can't get into MW after their last update just hoping that they fill actually fix that

Delete and reinstall.

If that doesn't work, send in a ticket. If it's a technical issue there is no one on this forum that can do anything about it.
