[How To] Issues With Free Gems Offers? Read This!

Hello Knights! In an effort to better assist you with issues regarding the Free Gems from the Offerwall or Video, please review and follow these guidelines.

Offer Wall

1. Open the Offer Wall
2. Click on the "Support" button top right corner
3. Submit report for you offer
4. Please reply to the Fyber email with a proof of offer completion. This will ensure that your missing gems will be paid out!

Video

Please email your FyberUserID to cs@fyber.com. This is how you find it:

1. Click on "Offers" button and open the Offer Wall
2. Please click on at least one offer, so your FyberID is created.
3. Then click on the "Support" button top right hand corner.
4. On the support page, scroll down to the bottom and discover your Fyber user ID (composed of nine digits).
