it would probably take a while for players to start benefiting from the level difference for the purposes of IP. I'm looking forward to players camping at level 250!!!
it'll happen, it has to for progression to occur. the mafia cap needs raising too.

there was a 10K weapon for the ones who got to 250 within the month.. A few of the Indians including Bos got it but it required gold to get thereQuote:

I highly doubt it.
consider a HUGE prize for players hitting the level 300 within a given time .. but a month later, everyone will be laughing that some dumped hell lot of gold for a TINY prize ;) :D
