Stupidly I didn't bookmark it, but one of the comments I read said that no matter how much effort an employee put into making suggestions for improvements to the game, it would be rejected by Tokyo.
My point was that it's unfair to lambast the people we players come into contact with from Gree (the mods, support etc) - unless incompetence is undeniable - as Tokyo cares about nothing except gold sales, and both we and I'm guessing they have to struggle with that mindset. In fact it's more than unfair; it's counter-productive. If a customer is abusive towards employees of any company those people are going to bury their complaint so deep it'll never be found.
The target for your ire should be the bean-counters and the board of Gree, not those at the sharp end. Any changes to this game are done with only one objective in mind..... to boost sales of gold
