Bug - Smelting Jewelry - Information

Dear Knights,

We received a couple of reports from you about a bug in the jewelry smelting process while applying filters to the selection.
If you filter by rarity and element and pick the rings or amulets you want to smelt, the selection will not consider the filter but the position of the item in the list, which means the items that get smelted are actually those that would be in those positions without the filter applied.

We are working on fixing this but we can’t estimate yet how long this might take.

In case you notice that fusion boosts or special items got smelted instead of the selected ones, please get in touch with our customer support and they will be restored in your account. Any items from 4 stars and lower that is not part of a set will not be restored as this might lead to abuses.

Edge Case - Select All

In case you apply a filter and then choose the select all option, the selection will include all items regardless of the filter. This is clearly visible in the selection and it’s not a bug.
Even though it’s the correct mechanic, we understand it’s not optimal and will include an optimisation for the select all to be applied only to the filtered selection.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this might cause and ask your cooperation in informing your guild mates and friends to make sure they don’t lose any item.
