[Faction LTQ] The Long Caen - Rewarding Correction

We have discovered an improper rewarding issue regarding the faction limited time goal event, The Long Caen.

• The goal titled [F] Master: The Long Caen (15/15) presently rewards the unit [F] Caen Delta. The correct reward for this goal is [F] Caen Shadow Delta with a +18% Infantry Attack bonus.
• The goal titled [F] Ultimate: The Long Caen (2/3) presently rewards the [F] Caen Cruiser. The correct reward for this goal is [F] Caen Solova F44 with a +15% Sea Attack bonus.
