Raid Boss Event Issue - 12/22/2017

Dear Players,

As you know, we were forced to shut down automatically receiving milestone rewards during our latest Raid Boss event. We understand that this an unfortunate inconvenience and we are working on getting a more permanent solution in place.
Meanwhile we wanted to make sure that you do not get distressed once the event ends and the milestone rewards do not immediately appear on your account. As we have to make use of a more manual process to get the rewards to you, it may take some additional time until every player has received their rewards. We would kindly ask you that you refrain from writing additional tickets at this point, as it will slow down the entire process - instead we will be informing all players once every reward should have arrived.

Dear Players,

Compensation pack should have been sent out!
The script took a long time to deploy due to the high number of items, energy & players.
(Each line is an item and a player)
That is why some players received the 50 energy later while the 15 is supposed to be additional goodies.
Also, please note that we disabled the auto-rebattle functionnality
Even if our findings show that the auto-rebattle was not the cause of the issue, we would prefer to avoid touching the code and create any issues with that.

Dear Player,

Here is our final update regarding the issue.
First of all, we are truly sorry and offer our apologies for the issue created with the Raid Boss.
Our aim is to entertain you and unfortunately, we were facing an issue generating multiple duplicate milestones that forced us to shut down the event temporarily. The issue did not have its root as initially assumed in the auto rebattle feature but stemmed from a legacy code issue with the return to battle function.
We are making all preparations to proceed with a roll back on the EU Server to a state before the Raid Boss Event started. What this will mean is that any progress you have made since the start of the Raid Boss and any progress that you will be making between now and the rollback will be lost. Unfortunately it is a delicate and time consuming process that has never been run before, so we cannot offer you a comprehensive solution any sooner. We will be offering a full return of any gems spent within the timeframe affected by the roll back for players on the EU realm. We hope that all operations connected to the rollback will be completed by 23rd of December 6PM CEST. Please be aware that it may take several days before the gem refund is fully processed though as it has to run through multiple verification steps - we will inform you once it is done.

To compensate with all the issues caused, we will send you the following pack to the whole community (EU & Global):
- 50 Raid Boss Energy
- 1 Harp String
- 1 Gale Vial
- 5 Silver Coins
- 5 Fusion Boost Armor Fire IV
- 1 Yule Envoy T6
- 50 Gems
We expect the pack to arrive before the start of the event.

We decided to postpone the Raid Boss Event by 24h for both servers.

EU will start at 6pm CET on the 23rd and will finish on the 26th at 6pm.
Global will start at 11am PST on the 23rd and will finish on the 26th at 11am.

However, please note that in order to bring the event back to you, we will need to employ a workaround for the way you receive milestones.
The milestones won't be directly sent to your inventory once you hit a milestone but they will be sent at the end of the event.
You should be receiving your milestone rewards by the 27th of December.

As you will have less time to reach the community milestones, we decided to decrease the community goal by around 33%. We have updated the values in the post. Please also find the new values below:

We are still investigating the source of the issue.
We will let you know when the NA & EU Raid Boss Event will start.
The community Event will be adapted in timing accordingly .
