I binder my account and when I tried to put it on my new device it gave me an account that's brand new. Its not allowing me to get my account back. Is there anyone that can help me

Did you try to "Retrieve Account" under "Options" and then "FAQ"?
If that doesn't help contact support
You have to complete the tutorial before you can retrieve your account.
