Nope I'm still getting drops on my Hl, camper and account. Keep trying mate
Don't know but I both bought in for Empire Airport ECB a week ago and no drops yet with at least 7k energy spent.
Nope it is fine, It was off after the end of the last event but yesterday I got at leasdt 6 of them and 1 this a.m...

The new Cartel map has better expected stats per energy for vehicles. So if Cartel is open to you and the buy in is palatable I'd recommend that.
"Find Records" is he job you want.
.00388 stats per energy per drop compared to .00225 stats per energy per drop for ECB.
