Why is it that sometimes upgrading a boost building the upgrade does nothing.
No stat or bonus % increase

I haven't seen that. But if it's true, makes you wonder.
Does it say there will be no betterment of the Boost Building in that little upgrade thingy that comes on with the cost of doing it? If not, then does the next upgrade promise more? Is it just a way to throw away game cash?
Sounds like it's ticket time if you really want an answer.
