Spend gold to earn advantages over others only to have to spend more gold to use it. Seems legit!! Who is running this circus?

This should not surprise anyone gree is only about making as much money as possible even if they have to scam the customers to get them to spend more money. And dont dare to talk to their customer service or better yet 1 robot with the same response for every question just a different signature
