Daylight Saving Time Change + BfEC new tracking

Dear players,

As every year, and due to the Daylight Time Changes in the US, we will perform a maintenance on Sunday the 8th of March.

The overall downtime will be roughly one and a half hours from 1h00 AM PST to 3h30 AM PDT. Despite the two and a half hours time change, the duration of the maintenance is still one and a half hour because we are "losing" an hour this weekend.

In order to avoid any war to be shortened by the maintenance, the matchmaking in the event will be turned off one hour prior to the downtime, allowing the running wars to finish but preventing starting wars that would be cut by the maintenance. Overall the matchmaking will be deactivated from 00h00 AM PST to roughly 03h30 PDT when the maintenance ends.

Please note that the weekend events will have the same usual duration and won't be extended.

We would also like to announce that we added new tracking elements regarding the one men armies situation. This will not prevent that from happening during this event but if it is exploited or overused, our teams will clearly see by who and how it was done.

Adding this tracking to the live event will greatly help us fully fixing this issue in the upcoming weeks.
