I just bought 5, no problem. Android.
Sorry I might not be clear. I can buy the F188. But if I buy any other stronger unit with cash it does not count in my army. Even after recycling loads of units. However, if I buy stronger units with either gold or valor then these count in my army.

Ex. If you have great boost in Air and your army is only air, then you can bye other units and they want come to your army. Only air units.
