i have him under construction again as third arctic mining rig.
is that suppose to be possible?

Yes you can have 4 of every LTB available right now....including the new LTB that is out

Dont know if its the end of it yet, but lets see where this is going. The best thing about this is there will be these big LTBs at the lower levels.
