Current issues with Video offers

Dear Knights,

It has come to our attention that some of you are currently experiencing issues with the video offers system, which allows you to obtain Gems by watching video advertisements. This now seems to be a recurring issue and although we have already tackled it in the past, it is unfortunately still faulty. The reason why we haven’t been able to fix these issues once and for all is because we are dependant on external partners for this type of service, meaning that we cannot fix it ourselves. We are however working with our partners and are hoping for a fix as soon as possible.

We will be gifting extra gems to everyone next week, to make up for the gems that cannot be obtained via video offers.
