Compensation for Events during DDos Attacks

Hello Crime City Mobsters,

As you must be aware that the last few hours of the 24th of August 2017 until the morning on the 26th of August 2017 our game servers were under DDoS attack. This resulted in issues towards end of the Hard Core Boss event Chris Jackson and also a sub-optimal experience during Street Assault Zai Jian.

The compensation for the Hard Core Boss Chris Jackson is being paid out currently. As agreed upon with the player representatives, we have added, for every player (who had participated in the event), 5 Daily points for Day 3 and 10 Daily Points for Day 4, thereby forming your final point total. The rewards for the same would be distributed as a combination of 2 steps :

Step 1: Our team is currently working on distributing the items for Daily Rank Rewards. These should be complete by end of day on the 6th of September 2017.
Step 2: Starting the 7th of September 2017 15:00 PST , we will reactivate the goals from the event Chris Jackson so that you can get the rewards which are triggered by collecting items from Step 1. Please note that the goals will be active until the 22nd of September 2017 00:00 PST [updated on 15th Sep 2017].

What do you need to do to get your compensation: Log in into the game between 7th and 16th of September to get the rewards you would be eligible for (please note that this is based on the progress that you had made during the event during the and hence will not be the same for all your friends).

Also a compensation for sub-optimal experience during Street Assault Zai Jian and other issues, we will be making the Compensation Bundle (Mega Bundle) available from the 8th of September 2017 15:00 PST until the 11th of September 2017 14:00 PST. Please note that we are repeating the deals of the Compensation Bundle from July specifically to honour your wishes and we do not intend to keep it as the standard state of game economy.
