Maybe it's a glitch in the goal. Gree staff please look at it.
The goal requires 615,252 energy 177 kills with the npc being 11x316.
This has to be a typo you can't expect a normal (non top 10) faction to do these heavy energy goals.
I know these events aren't made for everyone to complete but we can't even get to prestige goals.
Wait till you see lvl 10.....1.1 million enegry required
They have it flipped from what I have seen
