Not getting rewards from LTQ or SLTQ

When I complete a part of the LTQ it shows complete but no item is in the splash screen. I finished 4/20 on the Rebel Thugs but cannot complete 1/20 Silent Call. I also did not receive any of the SLTQ rewards either. Just a empty splash screen.
Is anyone else having this issue?

I am not getting rewards for beating the epic boss either.
This account is on Bluestack if that matters.

Don't expect an answer, bluestacks is not supported

It happens on my android tablet too, been going on for months
