!! Need Top 100 for 4 active players !!

Hi i'm looking for a top 100 faction that can complete all faction goals we are really active players and looking for at least 4 slots.

We are a top 100 faction looking to fill 17 spots. (Did a huge cleanup) 35k minimum in WD and active in events is all we ask! We finish all events, have a maxed faction and also use chat apps to communicate. Let me know if your interested.
