Yet another change for the better that's a pathetic, useless waste of time. Scratch 6 Smuggling Power and get one as a reward. If I save up for a year I might be able to produce 300 Water.
Can you ever get anything right? After messing up just about everything for the last 4 years, you would think someone there would have SOME pride and actually get one thing right.

Yeah the scratchers for powers suck.
