List states start time at 14.00hrs pvp is running untill 14.00hrs so is it actually starting at 15.00 PST so I'm screwed yet again?

This event is live now, apologies for the confusion regarding the start time.
the change of pace for the honor quest(s) compared to the regular LTQ is a welcome feature, and I think the number of crates rewarded has increased too this time :D
