The best way to contact support is thru the game. I've used it recently. Have you tried it or just asking?
If using the in-game link to Customer Support is not possible, please read this thread about it: How to Contact CS
I sent an email 2 days ago asking for info to to be passed to the Deca devs as I did some clever techie stuff and found errors. I checked tonight and found it bounced back. As I said initially, the in game link sends to support@funzio.com and that domain no longer exists, so no one can send anything in game any more. Try it and see
I can't send anything from my iPad as I use Outlook not Apple Mail and CC says I have no accounts setup
The problem is on Android only. On IOS, the support address is different (the same as the one on the link you gave me) . The devs need to update the email address for Android users
I sent a message thru the game yesterday. Android. I received this back. Same in Modern War, fwiw...
Your message wasn't delivered to support@funzio.com because the domain funzio.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.
Even funnier, or sadder, the OP posted this over a week ago. Smh.
Since the in game link on iOS sends the email to en-support@gree.net, until the rocket scientists fix the Android link, just manually change the email address. I guess.
This helped thanks. I went through the website. Once again i cant link a device. Its been somewhat fixed. But it sends to some old resemblance of my accounts. Not my real ones, that in itself needs to be fixed otherwise if i uninstall im screwed all over again. I have two tablets i can still use luckily but still this problem is old. I sent a ticket.
Hopefully this will be fixed today
This problem still hasn't been fixed.
Still not fixed...
Meh, I've reported this several times... with details and screen shots so I have noooo idea why this remains an issue...
I'm the last person to say, 'it's a easy fix,' but this seems like an easy fix of some simple text to me. But, I really have no idea how "easy" anything is... apparently
Please see Mrs Cash's post above, post #7 in large font, until this is "fixed"
I was a cobol programmer, but it really should be an easy fix. Open up the program, look for support@funzio.com, and change it to en-support@gree.net! Wal-lah!
Guess its NOT that simple or it would be done by now.
