Issues with the BfEC Crime Family

Hi Mobsters,

We are aware that there are significant issues with the currently running BfEC Crime Family event, which includes issues with players not being able to login, not being able to declare wars and not being able to hit opponents.

We strongly encourage you not to spend gold or use health on this event as it is currently broken and we will be stopping the syndicate and individual leaderboard prizes pay out.

Unfortunately we will not be cancelling the event because the engineering team needs to investigate what caused the issues and find a fix before the next major event. At this moment we cannot guarantee that the issues will be rectified before the end of the event so again we strongly urge players not to waste any gold or other consumables.

We are deeply sorry for the frustration and harm this has caused and will be discussing with your community representatives about compensations for your troubles. We apologize for the continued technical difficulties and hope to fix the issues as soon as possible.
