Gathering information on Android Issues

Hello Crime City Mobsters,

We have received several reports about game issues with Samsung Galaxy S7 and S8 devices. Our engineering team is trying to get to the root cause and hence please use this thread to give us more details/screenshots/videos of instances where the issues occur for you. Please note that on several occasions these issues are dependant on a variety of factors and are only reproducible with some specific settings/details. The more extensive the reports are, the easier it would be for us to track down the underlying issue.

As a basic checklist- please include the following minimum information in your reports-

1) Your Invite Code:

2) Your App(Game) Version, Build and Content Version: (see screenshot below)

Not just those 2 devices, all Androids.

I play on:
Samsung Galaxy Tab S
Kindle Fire HD8 (6th gen)

I have already posted the other info in other posts and on many tickets, not repeating.

Android user. My biggest issue is that it takes sooo long to load anything I tap on in the syndicate base. I can click on the water and expect to wait over 5 minutes for the screen to load to produce anything. It is so time consuming that I stopped playing that part of the game.

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge

4. Lags between attacks during wars. To do 4 hits and a refill it takes 30-40 seconds. This used to take 10-15 seconds. iOS is much faster than Android. Before the changes last year I could do 1 hit every 3-4 seconds. Now it takes more then 2x that time. This last weekend was very bad during war.
SA - delays in scoring. Deploys going sometimes and sometimes not. I can get over 150 deploys pending and then it just sits there. Sometimes they deploy and sometimes they go back into inventory. Very frustrating when trying to score quickly.
Syn base takes forever to do anything. Click on a building to collect and then wait for a while. Same with trying to start production.

It's more than just Samsung devices, I have 7 devices, all but 2 are different makers, 2 LG devices, one Samsung Galaxy Tab, Digilabs tab & Google tab..,all have serious lag. It takes 25-30 minutes to do production on 1 acct, during a boost that amount of time lost on 1 acct is unacceptable

Add to the never ending list of bugs:

Android users CANNOT send in tickets. The in-game email address no longer exists.

EPIC BOSS, DIRTY BARRY:
Summoning and taking down bosses was much faster than it has been in a very long time, for Android, on both my devices. I can only hope it stays this way.

STREET ASSAULT, BEGUILED WITNESSES:
Duplicated goal splash screens. We cleared the first 8/15, so I received 16 splash screens for that one alone, for each of my 5 accounts. Thats a lot of splashes to X out of.

very strange. it used to take about 10 seconds for each click and action. but since last few days, it is taking half the time to click and action for me. i was thinking of creating a "thank you deca" thread but looks like i am the lucky one. for me, things have improved a lot. i am on OnePlus 5 phone (Android).

You update your android phone version.

Well, since this thread has been resurrected, let's comment on the progress since August 2017.

Street Assault deploy issues; still present
RB leaderboards; still broken
Repeated splash screens; still present

i take my words back .. that joy lasted for a very short period of time. lag is back to ridiculous proportion. don't even feel like doing resources in syndicate hood, each click takes from 10 to 15 seconds. in personal hood, cash collection takes from 10 to 15 seconds. almost everything takes a crapload of time.

Timed a cycle today, since it was taking so long.
To collect and produce , it took 59 seconds on iOS, and 7 minutes 4 seconds on Android. That's just awesome, smh, ****ing insane.
