HCB Ahmose compensation follow up
Hello Modern Warriors,
Some of you have reported that you haven’t received the items for the compensation of the Hard Core Boss Ahmose event. We have been reviewing on a case by case basis to make sure that everyone who is eligible got their rewards. So far our investigation has shown that the system is working correctly. Therefore let me just give you a quick recap of the conditions of the compensation:
1. Player must have participated during Day 1 or day 2 of the event.
2. Distribution of the items is taking place in 2 steps. You can find detailed information about the steps here :

Step 1 (distribution of items) of the process is already complete and step 2 (logging in to get rest of the eligible rewards) is in progress.
Items from step 1 will show up directly in your inventory (there will be no pop ups for these items), so please make sure to check your complete inventory to be sure that you have received the compensation or not.
In case you have checked both of the above criteria and you still haven’t received the rewards, please leave us in comments your Player ID and how many points you finished at before us adding the 15 more so we can investigate further. However, please make sure to have completed the above steps first.
