Missing Rewards and Fusion Tree Event - 09/12/2018

Dear Knights,

We would like to give you an update on two points:

Firstly, we have received messages that some of the players on Global/NA server did not receive the Leaderboard rewards of the last Blitz Raid Boss.
Please do send a ticket to the customer service team through the game. The team will help you out!
Moreover, some progress may have not been displayed correctly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, a general compensation pack will be sent in the upcoming days.

Secondly, we have a fusion tree event Water/Water currently live.
The technical issue mentioned in the first point is blocking us to put a banner.
We extended the duration of the event as a result.
As requested per the community, we are planning to put the calendar back.
The banners shall be visible by tomorrow.
