Well after this last war, i got refunded from a chest glitch that happened during the valentines chest. They only refunded me 350 gems, but atleast they listened. Way to go GREE!

Well lucky you because I've been screwed out of hundreds of gems and never even got anything more than we can't replace items or armors
how awesome would it be if they banned you for talking about a customer service issue.
