Individual Reward "Graphical Error on Display"

So it's been months that we have all been looking @ individual stats on the learder tab in WD and we have all seen the wrong number is being used. The variable being used is the Total Faction points not the Individual points.

I'm sure it's been mentioned a few times, few tickets were probably sent in. Still not working. It's kind of a very simple fix I'm sure. Just change the variable you are calling to individual instead of team and it should work ok.

I have almost zero coding experience but I've seen this kind of mistake before and just can't understand how it can take months to fix it?

Is there a timeline on content updates and releases like 99% of the other software in the world? Would you consider hiring testers to see if it works right before going live? I know, I'm talking to the wall. Still we are the testers and we need to keep hammering on these issues or they won't get fixed ever.
