I purchased this item and no permanent IP +3% was given only plus 1 building upgrade. According to past mods this was a 20 crate leader bored item, I believe the very first +1 building upgrade mod.
The very first +1 building upgrade mod was won by tw lui in a leaderboard top 1 event, shocking everyone (particularly tam) if memory serves.
Correct, AppleMacGuy and tam tried to tie for first and both get the 1st place prize, TW Lui didn't let that happen.Quote:
