Test event and cheater detection optimizations

Dear players,

We have two important news to share with you. First of, today we are introducing a new element in our cheater detection policy duribg the World Domination event. We ran our detection metrics already today so any players flagged will be taken banned and taken out of the leaderboards in the upcoming hours to let the players have fair final fights.

We will still run the metrics tomorrow though so that bo one takes advantage of this situation and cheats today hoping we would not run it again.

This choice should allow players to have a better overview of their rankings in the last hours of the event.

On a different topic, we will have a test BfEC event this week that will focus on testing a new matchmaking waiting time optimization. As mentioned late last year, we found an hidden internal timer that we think could benefit some rework to make matchmaking faster and that is what we are testing this week.

The test will start on Wednesday 9PM PT and end on Thursday 9PM PT. It runs for 24h to guarantee that we get enough data to verify the efficiency of this change.
