Final Halloween Reward Update

Hello guys,

The Halloween rewards should now all be sent out. I want to apologize for the delay on it but we ran into multiple issues with the tools and the data we had. If you are still missing some items, you can contact support so they can look in to your individual case. For the future events of this nature, we have taken precautions to prevent it taking this long and having these issues in the future.

I do want to point out once more that we do not recommend you swap around accounts as that can be the cause to items, armors etc disappearing and we might not be able to replace them. But if you do, please try and force save your game by equipping a different armor on one of your knights.
