Login Issue - EU Android Only - Resolution and Compensation

Dear Knights,

As some of you might have noticed, between Friday and Saturday afternoon (CET) some players on the Android EU server experienced some login difficulties. The root cause has been identified and fixed. We’ve waited a bit longer to communicate it to make sure the platform was stable and do some additional testing on our side.

We’ve also been working on defining a compensation pack and the players of this server will receive the following:

- 1 Dream Fragment
- 1 Tier 1 Epic Earth Pet: Stekkjarstaur
- 2 Silver Coins
- 10 Guild War energy (won’t be visible until a Guild War or Blitz Guild War is available)

Please let us know if you still encounter similar problems and feel free to contact our customer support in case you encountered this issue and didn’t receive the compensation package by Thursday, December 13th. They will double check the situation and try to help you :)
