Can't do anything... annoying!
Gree I can't fight I keep getting error codes about connecting and the server. Please fix. Codes I get are code 1 and code 503
I'm picking an opponent, choosing my line up, and then nothing, but it takes energy without letting me fight. I also got a message that I'm not in a guild but the guild assures me I'm still in.
same problem here, started about 3 hours ago for me

This isn't an isolated incident. This is BS for the thousands of dollars that players burn in this game. How about spending some of that $$$$ on good servers and connections?

The worst support and programming staff to occupy the face of this planet. You would think with all the money made on this game they could hire someone other than flunkies that can do their job!!!
Finally got in only to have my energy taken from me after another error code after fight ended!!!
Exactly same thing to me but was starting fight with guardian, it vanished from screen, I had to flee to get out then all my energy was gone. All that after wasting far too much time trying to log in.Quote:

Exactly the same here. Try to fight in war, lose energy and no points. Spent gems on this crap only to lose the energy. Error codes galore. Whats happening gree

As per the normal, your servers fail us at the worst time! Unicorn Prospects guild plans out a late push to move from 11th into 10th and earn the buzzsaw armor only to purchase gems and then not be able to use them due to your service errors. When we can get in and fight we are losing 50 percent of our energy du to the connection timing out.
As long time players and this spending on our accounts, I hope you have plans to compensate our guild accordingly. Thank you in advance for rectifying this horrible situation and issues you have caused us.
Maybe they will give us a few free Prince keys again lol, usually works out to a few rare armors from chests as compensation....
My guild is having the same problem error codes 1, 4, 21, and 503.

We are aware of the connection issues and our guys are working to get it sorted as quickly as they can. We do apologize for this and appreciate everyones patience while getting this resolved!
Thats all well and good gree. Ive personally lost numerous amounts of war energy, purchased with gems, purchased with my personal money. How are you fix THAT situation.
