Chalice Box Event Problem - 20% Magic Boost Not Added!

I have collected 10 Chalices and have the Spirit of the Chalice unit in my inventory but 20% Magic Attack Boost has not been added. I know others have this problem as well. I just wanted to make the forum and any moderator aware of it. Please fix it! Thanks!

I got it as well but did not get the 20% boost. The unit does not show up in my individual boosts but does show up in inventory

yep, looks like a general problem, lol. The question is, do we all need to send individual tickets or will it be resolved for all who have the unit?

well hell, you all just finished that event too quickly, you know it takes Gree a day or two get any LTQ working properly. My ticket is in as well!! :cool:

I have an additional forest guardian in my individual bonus section w a 20% magic attk bonus. Ummm...Did Gree forget that the item picture and bonuses should match??

It's getting fixed in a data deploy. We got the reports, and it's not something we can resolve individually.

That's too negative. End 2013 is realistic.

Our guild has a current limit of 38 members, so how are we supposed to get 450 chalices? it looks like the chances of getting them are better than normal since all of you got 10 chalices but most of my guild struggles to get any of them. If we all got ten each and we don't guild jump because Gree frowns on that and we like to be an honorable by the book guild how are we supposed to get this guild quest?

It appears that the "data deploy" may have, in fact, been deployed a short time ago, as my attack just increased by 300k. The unit, however, still does not appear in my inventory of bonuses.

We've been looking for guilds to share chalices with...

Who all is jumping around? We've done this in the past but I have not seen any doing it right now.

It's entirely fixed now. The Spirit of the Chalice ought to be in your inventory of individual bonuses now.
