Nirvana..bah.. Coffee, music, and give me my phone. Seriously though, taking some time off really helps to get a new perspective on things.
For me it's just wake up, go to work, come home, go to sleep, and repeat.

First step in stopping addiction is identifying that you have one!... where is my phone anyway?
After several relapses, I have concurred my addiction! My phone battery life lasts for more than 5 hours now. Tabletop seems to feed my need to game without a need to be glued to my phone.
I get two weeks vacation this year, but I never get time off here
