Let us buy the Commander That we need: to include EPIC Commanders. The only people getting Epic Commanders are the Top Alliances and no one else. The top Alliance are not spending money because the don't need too. So that leaves everyone one else, but they will not spend because the odds are crappy and you only get Rare Commanders 99% of the time. If you don't give other Alliances a fighting chance they will just abandon the world and bolt which leaves the top alliance there with nothing to do, and no one spends money. But my spending days are over unless you level the playing fields and give others besides top alliance a fighting chance. And so it wont be abused, you can make Epic level upgrades equivalent to players level or something of that nature.

Good point but don't hold your breath. The response from GREE on this is to open another world and try again.

-u can use ur cash to build more troops value than others and u will get those epic comm

Ap event
- use ur cash to get stronger troops ( railguns and etc)
-attack players and keep building with cash

I am by no means a weak player, I have spent over 500 bucks on this game only to get the same crappy commanders. Cash users are not overpowered if they are not on the top alliance because they don't get top prizes so you missed the point altogether. I can get 50m AP in less than an hour but do I want to pick on weaker players, of course not. AP doesn't determine how strong a player is. Why should I leave my alliance in order to join a stronger one and widened the gap. If I stop spending money then you will have to find another game to go play. I have rail guns and and all the other goodies also. What the point of buying more troops when top alliances have LV 90 commanders and will continue to get them on every event. I am by know means begging for anything but if I am spending money then I should get my money's worth and not some crappy commander that I can't even use. So for now, I will not spend another dime.

Well. Unfortunately most games are like that. The strong get stronger, and the weak get weaker (and quit).

What are you talking about. If you have read my other post you would see that I spend 500 a month on this game. But I won't spend anymore especially with those horrific odds on getting an Epic Commander. I pay for your game so just keep quiet.

What needs to occur is distributed commanders. Let a random 1-500 leader board member get an Epic. May distro like 50 epics in the 1-500 crowd.

This hit the nail on the head. I'm glad to see more people are no longer spending money due to Gree's total failure.

I agree with this, but i'm getting fed up with these AP events, top Alliances are hauling huge numbers from basically hitting people 4-5 levels below them all the time.
the 5 level rule needs looking at, because on my server, i am 33, and missing 2 techs, yet all the hits against have been on my CC (wiping 80% of my forces out) from people at level 37, with units i don't have (researching one but taking forver due to the stupidity of length of time).
I'm lucky to get 1m in the event because I have units for 1-2 days, then all OP's are cleared by said higher levels, and the majority of my units in Homebase, where everyone is either over my level, or has quit.
and getting no AP, because I built a bunch of tanks to protect my higher tech items, i win the defence fight, and keep my higher units mostly in tact. I get nothing?

other Gree games have a system where you get good stuff easy, i have no issue with modern war and crime city since the scratchcards the field for me there has leveled out.

my thoughts on the AP system are it needs A LOT of work, not seeing how it is fair currently with all the buying, this is a war game, but people will just quit if they are being completly screwed over, like the CC hits that kill all meaningful forces due to a poor respawn rate of 20%, if this is a war game, lets reward actual war instead of people basically spending money and/or hitting people at 4-5 levels below them.

I totally agree with the above points. This is actually an enjoyable game and surprising for someone who usually spent money on games, I did not this time round because of the imbalance.

This morning, I woke up and saw a report that I was attacked by someone 7 levels higher than me. No problem with this.

He used a mix of army up till hawks and a level 43 commander. (He was from top 5 alliances and had good access to good commanders. My highest level commander was only 13 at that outpost)

Yet I won the defence battle as he actually chose to attack my outpost which I kept all my troops.
All his troops were wiped out.

And the shyt thing was, he received over 700k AP and I received zero! What the hell is this?

this game required something that we call brain
if u have one use it

its a strategy game

Try to use ur 500$ to actually buythose elite comm
and fuse them and attack players with them in AP events
i am sure u will get with ur alli nice postion

btw I have never spent money here
and I had won few comm from ap events
most the time My alli come at 10th-8th place

First off, I wasn't crying, now my alliance is always in top ten but the prizes you get from top ten and first are way off balanced.
Second, the reason I made this thread is because I have bought a crap load of commanders and get the same crappy ones over and over, so if I spend money let me get the commander that I want and need. It doesn't matter how many times you buy commanders most of them only fused together 3-4 times up to level 60. How in the hell will that compete with a level 90 with 800% boost? The top alliance knows this and just bullies everyone else because they knows no one else has these powerful commanders. If people were able to buy them, then this wouldbt happen. People were trying to buy Commanders only to get a .00001% chance of getting a decent one, but hat never happens. Why do you think that here are 17 worlds? It because people have quit from 1-16 because of the alliance disparity.
Third, reading comprehension is very important so use it.

I don't think you have any idea what I am asking for or trying to explain and I contribute to you playing this game for free, so until you contribute real money than be quiet. Try to stay focused on what is being asked.

The problem, as far as I can see it is as follows:

- The game mechanics encourage strong players to attack much weaker players.
- For each winner, there is a loser, and there is no limit to losses. This means a player who so chooses can simply pound someone into the ground so that the oponent simply cannot fight.
- Mutually assured destruction (or at least frustration) can make the top teams not attack each other.

Situations, such as in W4, for example, where the top teams bombard cc's until all your units are gone, then cap you if your outpost is empty puts less entrenched players (IE new players) in a no win scenario, loose all your units, or loose your op.

Every world is simply littered with ransacked and abandoned outposts of players who stuck their head above the pa****t, and got clobbered from all sides.

This is actually pretty easily solved:

- 12 hour immunity for anyone loosing over a certain number of units (this can be measured in % of resource income, or % total unit composition)

- disminishing AP return for players with < 90% of the attackers AP (Limited to attacks).

While I appreciate this is a war game, people are too focused on the "war" part when telling people to stop moaning, rather than appreciating that a lot of people play this as a game: to enjoy and have fun playing. When you wake up with no units, it can kinda put a dampener on your enjoyment.

you don't need to pound someone, one hit on the CC cripples them.
if i have 1k helecoptors, i get one hit on CC i then have 200, if i'm hitting 10-14 outposts to progress myself, i then spend 24h rebuilding all helecoptors.
respawn rates on a building attack is 40-50% yet a hit on CC is only 20%? why? same units defending same units attacking.
i'm level 33 and only hit by 36 and 37's.

and on my server there is a guy who is 3rd and 4th who is the same guy multi accounting.

a game needs players, most get battered and quit, and 1 person who spends lots of money can solo top 10 alliances, by teleporting in and out at will.

A 100% chance epic commander won't help the weaker. The players who are ranked #1 are #1 because they spend gold. They'd buy ten epic recruits before you could blink.

The top players do not spend money because they get x5 epic commanders for winning alliance wars and are able to bully everyone else and repeat the process over and over. If more people had acces to these commanders then they would think twice before attacking for fear of retaliation. If you buy 10 commanders you will probably get all rares and who wants to keep doing that. They could easily make epic commanders a different price than rares or make the odds better than what they are.

Last night, I managed to convert the guy next to my outpost to my alliance mate. He kept hitting my empty outpost and I knew he was new. Poor guy was unlucky. 2 hours later, I saw in alliance report that another player from another alliance wiped out his whole outpost of 1.5m AP. Mind you, this new alliance mate had quite a lot of hawks and rocket trucks(no artillery) The only difference was, the enemy had a commander 30 levels above and an extra 200 artillery.

I was lucky to escape because my outpost was empty(was being scouted).

I have since moved most of my attacking outpost troops back to home base. Does not make sense to keep losing units and rebuilding a when I have not even research out artillery.

Hawks are a pain to kill, one of my commanders is level 30 with +81% health on planes, so looking forward for the event to be over so I can stockpile a couple of thousand in that outpost, while leveing the lower level same name commander.
but yea, I find the game Mechanics are not helpful, my mainbase was hit, and i won, why? because i can produce units in a reasonable time.
because A. multiple Factories + outpost next to it
B. cant attack CC for cheap AP.

and the other issues, i built other outposts elswhere to get higher cores to progress, and to be near alliance, which are far away, so are hard to reinforce, and those have ONE factory, one attack wipes out all the contained units, that is a lot of rebuild time, worked out at 4h20 for helecoptors to go from main base to said outpost.
and what wiped out my base that was built near the 14's NPC? a teleported in captured Mainbase sized outpost with 20k+ units in.
that is plain stupid.

Exactly, when the weakest commander used by a player is lv 90 they can send 100 (yes 100, not 1k) weak units and kill 4 mil unit value easy, with minimal losses. If that isn't unfair to us MOR players, I don't know what is. The top few players in my world are said to have lv 100+ commanders, that give 400+% increases, and many are free players because their AP to UV lost returns are stupid like stated above. I think there should be a max level on commanders (maybe 50 or 60?) so we can't get monsters like these popping up.

I didn't know you could teleport those bases. They really should remove that feature.

Guys in my opinion leave world 1-12
dont even bother playing on them if u r not at least lvl 30++ and in a good postion
otherwise u gotta go to a new world which is world 17

why is that?
its not a weakness but its just to start fresh
as u know world 1-14 have had started long time ago
and most players got commanders that are lvl 90 maybe
start in new world will give u the chance to catch up and be one of the best

Seriously, they should have more events with a targeted bracket. For example,

48 hours mission

Level 11-15:
1m AP gets x junior officer
5m AP gets x senior
etc gets x epic
etc

The amount of AP needed goes up as level bracket increases.

That is completely untrue. I'm in a #1 alliance, there's several guys who have level 60 merged rares because they bought a bunch of elite recruits. Gold spenders still buy recruits, and adding an epic recruit would be like Christmas for them.

Hit peoples CC, every day, they cant do anything, at all, because of the pathetic respawn.
also currently got a level 32 guy hitting level 20's.
keep it fair.

1. I was in the top 20 in the last AP event.

2. I did not hit anyone less than 5 levels below me. I'm already high in level so finding anyone above me is difficult because only three of the Top 10 ranked players are above my level.

3. I do not spend gold. I have 3 epic commanders.

4. I was demolishing entire OPs to the tune of 1.5-2.3m per hit and wiping out the units. The purpose of the event was to gain AP. I only played the game for a few hours during the event on each day. In the last hour of the event, NO ONE within an hour had any units left to attack. This leaves me one option, take the 50% hit on AP and hit extremely lower levels which means nothing because killing 200 jeeps and a few hundred tanks give nothing in AP.

5. My Epic commanders didn't do all the battling. Many of the commanders I sent out were ones I had not leveled. If your OP was stacked I sent my 50/50 epics to maximize AP. What was sad was the guy 3 levels below mine protecting OPs with a level 5 commander.

6. Want to stop me? Simple...don't build 5 OPs around your home base and keep your units in your home base. If I can only send 10 attacks per hour (every 3 really) to your OP it gets boring and I will find an easier target. Also, the ap gained from HB hits are weak. Center bases get hit first because...they are the closest.

6. No troops in your OPs near your HB? Not a problem. I'll scout your HB and see what you go. If you're stacked then you get to choose. Lose an OP or lose troops trying to reinforce your OP.

7. I know many different tactics and can maximize my AP with minimal loss. I lost less than 10k units during the event and had well over 80m AP.

8. The main problem is those level 30+ players that hide at their home base and can't/won't fight someone like me so they go wipe out level 19's. I started in a new world. I was level 8. This guy wiped my entire HB and killed all units in my OP and he was a level 36.

9. Learn to use defense grids properly.

You might want to share. If there's no more of newbies like us, you will not find the game a challenge as well. N my world(15) I noticed that most people don't take out the Def Grid at all. I used to take it out first but not anymore.

For me, I do attack lower level players but will only wipe out those inactive. The moment when I see that the guy do repair the buildings, I leave them alone. Nowadays, I simply just use a big piece of paper and write down the levels of those I want to attack or simply ask them in PM if they are active. If their levels do not increase after 48 hours, I'll just wipe the outpost clean.

It took me 2 months to figure it out. Why give up secrets? Everyone hand you everything in life or did you learn some things on your own?

Well, it's up to you. I respect your decision. People have different ways to gain happiness. I gain mine by sharing with new players in my world as and when they ask in world chat(and I happened to be online). When I first started out 14 days ago, there will be level 30++ guys with 8 digits AP sharing with me how to play when I asked. Ok, case close ;)

I help many rookies that come into the game, but to give you the flat out answer on an important game dynamic is ludicrous. Want me to capture a level 38 NPC for you also? I gave you all that you need. Defense grids work. Understand what they do and then leverage that. I don't care if you have a level 20 commander and they have a level 50. You will lose alot less than them.
