When the mods are defense or attack (not powers), the final mod on the Ultimate (6/6) is +1 energy regen. You can get 2 per week, it's better than nothing.

I am not really sure, I am sure I missed plenty of opportunities to get more though.

I missed a bunch too, just doing Elite, but I had only 4/min.
Now, I'm at 158, 52sec. I love this! And, I'm L300 so doing maps on weekends for the extra Skill Point.

+81 but I regularly have no use for energy for long periods of time. About every Friday through Monday lol... Maps cleared ages ago.
