guild goal dissapeared a few minutes ago for our 2nd guild (Sir Vyper 2) too. We were close to finish (around 200/275)

Haha, our guild finished the GLTQ yesterday, but now it's back and we're on 3/5
I still have the 5/5 unit in my inventory. (Smiley face)
Rewards are pretty lame don't worry if the guild part gone or come back lol

Ours is there again, but it was reset back to the beginning and, to make it worse, we aren't even getting full credit for the owls that we have in our inventory
My guild goal is back, but on 1/5 (0/20)
They are checking this out now.
same here... Main guild (Sir Vyper) has already finished, rewards are still in the inventory, and don't count twice...
Sir Vyper 2 was on 5/5 and is now on 3/5 - looks like all drops count again but all members have to login again...
Yeah... Seems to be working now, but all guild members need to log in again for items to count.

Please Gree! This has to be fixed - our guild has far more than the needed owls to complete the event but we are still on 4/5 and 75/200 (with over 300 Owls in the list)
would be great if we could get at least a sign that you are aware of the problem - we have members that have used gems to finish the barren owl event - now they will not get the reward because only about 1/3 of the owls count for the guild part!
Many player have gemmed box-events - ignoring this problem will not motivate them to gem this kind of event in future.
We are aware of the problem with the guild goals for the barren owl event and investigating resolutions.

Here is an image that illustrates the issue with the guild portion.
since the reward for the guild goal is not that strong I hope that it will be rewarded to all player - this would help those that finished the other box-goals to get the event wrapper.
It would be a real mess for those finishing box-indi and antiquary if they would not get the event reward!
So we are running out of time before we will get help :(
Solutions could be:
1. Credit the guild reward to everyone (while the event is still running, to make sure that those that hemmed their way through the event will get the event wrapper)
2. Go back to the code when guild jumping to help was possible - than all drops would count again. You could change it back for the next event
3. Do nothing and hope that more player gem to get the guild reward (don't believe that this will happen)
I really hope that you will come up with 1 or 2 (or maybe 4) but not with 3...

seems like also those guilds that finished before the event-reset have a problem. Those members that didn't log into the game after finishing 5/5 and before the event-reset don't have the reward - please let us know what this members should write into the ticket to avoid the answer that 'the event is working properly'?
We are working on resolutions for this issue but compensation cannot be worked out until the event is over.
Was this ever fixed ?? One of my guilds got 5/5 , but I think my other one got royally screwed in the last box event
Well IPB it's over so what do you want us to do sit and wait or ticket etc etc update needed to save your paying customers leaving even more so
We ask that you please continue to be patient as we work on a resolution for this. There is no need to send in tickets as we are working on the issue.
