It's been almost a year of no gold videos for anyone on an IOS device. You need to get in the back of the line:rolleyes:

Gree doesn't care about stat display or gold video's. They just push more broken events.

Question for President Hightower- Do you play this game?
I knew a guy who "cooked" at a well known place people eat slop, masquerading as food.
The guy told me, never eat there, and at several of its competitors.
I also have represented several alleged drug dealers.
All of them considered themselves to be purveyors of their product, choosing profits over highs.
They claimed they never used any illicit product, some of them never smoked cigarettes or consumed alcohol.
They told their eager customers they used the product, or at least tested it.
They said telling their customers that was better for business.
It is definitely bonus related and not display related. When I play on my android device, my bonuses on air/sea/ground/infantry are significantly lower than what they are on ios. I suspect if those were corrected, it would be calculated correctly on android. Fortunately during fights, values are calculated on the server and display correctly there.
And while your fixing it, more 'commas' throughout please.

Well Hightower did get the energy regen plane to stack not too long ago and that has been an issue for almost as long as bonuses have been a thing. If they can get that fixed within a few hours of actually looking at it I think it is possible that they could get this fixed too. I'm not holding my breath though.
Hightower, I'm not Pidgeot at all but I did finally send in a ticket with screenshots of the stats difference between iOS and Android. Hint, it is significant! My attack shows 10x smaller and defense is 16x smaller in Android versus iOS. The ticket number is #2913408 if you wanted to have someone look into it more.
All of our problems are solved! </s> or at least they are solved according to the status on my support ticket. The meat of the response was "Please be assured that our engineers are working on this matter regarding stats appear to be lower on Android devices than on iOS devices issue and we are hopeful that we will have a solution soon. Once we have a solution, we will let you know."
I don't think I'll be holding my breath on this ever getting fixed.
Customer Support likes to forward our problems to their engineers and close tickets so that it does not look like they have thousands of unresolved tickets even though their engineers has not fixed the problem still.
Then you have to restart a new ticket again and then this time, no response for weeks, because customer support has already forwarded our ticket to engineers and there is nothing else they can do except to close or ignore tickets.

Yep, that sounds pretty accurate. I know why they closed the ticket but it just stuck me as funny that they use the "solved" status when a ticket is closed and not actually fixed. A while back I re-opened a ticket a few times because they weren't giving me a unit that I should have gotten and it got to the point where they would just close my new tickets without even responding. They did close them within a few hours though so at least I knew someone was there.
Profile display stats= 135T
When I attack an opponent, the overlay displays my true stats =545T
During WD, and even attack/raiding the 545T stat is accurate vs opponents.
The missing building upgrade #'s, I am not sure, there's so many 1000's of bonus % etc I will leave up to GREE to sort.
This is due to the order which the bonuses are applied. We are aware of the issue and are in the process of investigating. Thank you.

I am complaining for over a year now about this problem. I sent several tickets about this problem. Every time your robot support team says: we sent this to our specialists, bla, bla, bla. Problem marked as solved, ticket closed.
I have reopened that tickets about 10 times, I guess. No result till now. Is this bug so difficult, or do you have such poor programmers. I think the last is the reality.
I made a few weeks ago a topic to celebrate that this problem is more then a year old now.
You should shame yourself to write to us, sent a ticket. I think hundreds of players did.
But no one is taking it serious, but keep in mind, that players only work for better stats, nothing else.
And Gree is not taking it serious.
I have spent many, many hours at this subject, without any result. My trust is far below zero now.

What century should we expect a issue solved message, even though the problem has not been sorted out in?
You can say that "we are aware of the issue" as many times as you'd like but until these issues get resolved(they never do) the players are going to be p+ssed off with excuses

How much time do you need to solve this. Now i understand why there are so many bugs in this game.

Without getting any notice my last ticket about this bug is closed and marked as solved.
