GREEdy probably dropped it so they can just suprise us with events as they see fit to start without any notice.
They were probably trying to fix something before the next event started and someone accidentally deleted the code for the "Globe"!!!
What a joke! We won't hear from them for another few hours while they scramble to get it back on.

In addition to that, many people couldn't even get crates to drop to even try opening. The ridiculous story that went along with the event was only made worse by the ineptitude with which it was deployed.
Needed the extra day to make sure we don't invade Australia or Italy a third time!
Below is my estimate of Brazil2 events based on Australia cycle,
but I wouldn't be surprised if they shook it up for Halloween.
