This thread will not only give you an easily accessible place to share your thoughts with us, but it will also consolidate your feedback making it more efficient for Community staff to gather and report to the Development Team.

The intention of the thread is to collect the ongoing thoughts from our customers, it is not meant for discussion. To discuss a specific topic, please create a separate thread on the General forum.

I have some ideas for the boss event that just ended. First I think its great that it was changed to weapons stats and gave more people a chance to do well at it. A few changes would be nice however. I along with many others play more than one character and have a family and work. When I go on break, it would be nice to simply have a summon button to make the boss appear, I have used a whole break and not have one appear. Also the screen that has the timer for when you can hit next changes to "use potion" instead of attack when the timer runs out, and being a touch screen I know a few of us have hit that on accident and used potions, sometimes when the boss only needed one hit. Also please remove or move the mega attack, many times the screen simply lags when you click attack and the next screen has this 25 gem option in the same spot, I hit it 3 or 4 x this go around due to the screen just sitting there and when I go to click it again to go to the screen, it appears and hit mega attack instead, almost every time when boss was much less health than the damage it does. Not to mention it seems to do less damage than 5 hits you get from using a health potion. These types of things keep me from buying gems on all characters due to the dislike of accidental usage. Thank you.

Another change that would be nice is the ability to turn off scratchers. The bonuses they give now is very low compared to other rewards and my phone and ipod lag for minutes when they appear and it appears that about 2/3 of the times I crash in normal play, when I log in a scratcher is there as if it was part of the reason I crashed.

Acadian, I agree with everything you said, except one thing. Instead of turning off scratchers (or in addition to the ability to turn them off, if you prefer), Gree needs to adapt scratcher prizes. Even 5/6 scratch units do no longer make it into our armies. Please adapt prizes, at least by a factor 10, to stay in line with stat inflation!

And this is true for all quests too. Not all quests have prizes anymore that are worth going for them. Like last pvp quest, and present trials quest. Gree, if you want to earn money on quests, you need to give out bigger awards!

I would ask that you please add this little thing to help with reading stats: 100,000,000,000

It makes a huge difference and you already have commas for gold, xp, gems, honour and for gold, stones and orbs in the guild bank!

Please consider this for the sake of your players poor eyes!!!!

When you advertise something, like a daily boost in wars or top 50 in a box event, give us the advertised prize

You advertise it
We complete the quest
You give us the prize as advertised

We don't care "what was intended" we only care what was advertised.
Pretty simple really, take care of your customers, or we will "vote with our feet" and go elsewhere for entertainment

My feedback this time: stop these threads when nothing is done about it.

Due to the community stating that they dislike feedback threads, we will stop taking feedback henceforth.

1. If you give daily prizes for war/EB/PvP, the bonuses on those prizes should be stackable. What you have been doing is absolutely false advertising and sooner or later people will start going to Apple.

2. The environment you are creating in war is completely unfair. Last war 7 out of the top 10 guilds did not have any legendary matches. The 3 that did had multiple legendary matches. This is a massive unfair advantage, and it had a huge impact on the final rankings in war. If you want players in the top guilds to keep spending tons of money then you need give us a fair playing field.

3. Why do you bother giving out deadwood crates as prizes? There is literally nothing worth crafting. Spare us from having to open all these stupid crates!

4. Drop prizes for EB and RB have such a huge difference in stats. RB drop prizes don't even make it into most people's armies. But EB drop prizes have lead to massive stat inflation. And some LTQs offer great prizes while others give you completely useless units. Can we get some consistency?

1) I might be in the minority- but the recent purchasable packs with the over inflated crafting items will just further separate the haves and have-nots - we have asked for the chance to craft better items but u guys just offered them to those who could buy them
2) EB rewards are rotten - no one wanted 10k useless honor for beating level 70 bosses.
3) 2 deadwood crates for EB 100 was equally offensive - but at least u get 2 other prizes
4) ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
5) rivals list needs tweaking - my level 193 account gets attacked by players over level 230 that my level 223 account can't find

"Moments ago" is never moments ago.

Find a way to allow players with only 3 energy per minute to win 1 more energy per minute. You don't allow players lower than certain levels to buy better items so you know their levels. So you could make it a war prize for all ppl participating in war. But only if the player already has less than 4. Call it war welfare. Maybe a little radical, but would help these players have more fun. And, maybe the players that already have the better energy won't mind. Call me a socialist. It's just an idea.

Maybe increase the allies cap, 525 is a rather arbitrary number. Larger armies mean fewer useless units. It is also a reward for those who have attained higher level.

Add new upgrade levels to the Crafting Building ... and give us interesting things to craft. Unique things that won't be negated by other prizes. Make some difficult to craft so that players will have to plan ahead and set goals.

This is been broken what a year now? Not only is there no longer a current time of the raid/attack you no longer get the pop up that it happened. Yet you get notice if someone writes on your wall and that can keep current time but not attacks/raids?

Tickets sent months A G O only to get reply thank you for your suggestion on how to improve the game. Huh? Does the person replying even play the game to know it WAS a feature that became broken?

This game is going down faster than the time it takes those morons at GREEd to respond.

It would be nice also to go back to having trial events be more heavy on the amount the guild needs and not per character. I play 3, so that was 30 trials this time. The guild in total had beat the quest by the time I had beat 3 of them. It used to be less per person required and now the last 2 times you change it. Way too much time for those of us with families and jobs. Also please bring back some equipment we can buy with heroic points. The units we can buy are lower than the ones dropping in EB quests. And btw the ones you can buy after level 174 with heroic points are twice the price and lower stats, I can only assume that was a error somewhere, but its the case on all 4 types of units. The beast one is the biggest difference.

So this current underworld uprising iltq is too energy intensive. I hope you reconsider before event ends.

2) LTQ too long and XP intensive ( at least some of the rewards had 6 zeroes )

Hmmmm....lets do a thought experiment.
1). 10 new buildings to buy for a total of 1870 gems.
2). Most peeps can only upgrade a few buildings at a time.
3). @ 6 months ago you offered a unit that gave an extra upgrade, but at that time, we didn't have much to upgrade, so many of us passed.
4). Perhaps, you should offer the opportunity to buy 2-3 of these units again,
5). Lots of extra gems for Gree.
6). You already have this unit in the system, it should be very easy to offer it for sale again.

agreed, I play several characters and simply forgot to buy it on one of them, would be nice to have the option for another, some old timers in my guild can work on 8 buildings at once. And odd the higher priced gold producing building this time seems weak compared to the middle one.

since this is feedback, please get back to more guild activities, we had an easy guild trial quest, terrible 10 trial per character quest, along with 2 single pvp quests (no guild version) and 2 crate events of the same variety, no guild one this time :( I really felt like I didn't get to play the game with my guildmate's recently. The guild events help the older players help the newer ones by making up the difference.

You have to be absolutely out of your minds Gree.


No 6 day war!

We need more than a 2 week break between wars. You promised us that you would not do this again to us!


Expect gem purchases to plummet next war if things don't change.

A six day war is stupid. I expect most of my guild to skip it. We do have lives outside of this game.

If you want to kill the game why don't you just turn off your servers? Why another 6 day war?

Any wars lasting longer than the standard 3 days requires Gree to supply us with 100 gems :-)

100 is nothing, it should be 5,000 to balance things :rolleyes:

New event start times are really bad for Europe. I know it's always 5 o'clock somewhere but starting each event at midnight Central Europe time is a big disadvantage - especially for energy and stamina based events.
At least we should know at which day an event starts (possible in other Gree games) otherwise we have to stay up till midnight each day just to see if an event starts or not

You are killing us - rushed, time intensive, and dull quests leading to 6 day war nobody wants. Why do you hate us? Why do you lie to us?
