When is the quest active? we are losing time to finish...

Don't look like it heard rumours that RB be starting at 10 pm GMT or in 20mins.
Why start the timer before we have the quest - please reset timer when you get the quest rolled out

Showing as active now in quest list some movement.

It's been almost 8 hours since Raid Boss "started". I hope you give us an extra day to make up for this.
This is really a shame, It seemed like KA was getting better, now this. So sad.
10h since the raid boss icon is active and still no quest. The most frustrating part is the lack of response, sigh.

loot rewards are underwhelming
If Gree appreciated us, you might think that they would have a night shift.
Or that they would make sure a major event would have been working correctly before they all went home. 16 hours lost so far. My guild doesn't have enough orbs to finish yet, so we aren't even farming 100s like some others. Very frustrating and boring.

I think RB was launched by mistake a day early so hopefully we get it time reset tonight and RB restarted.
Please gree try to understand: the main problem for most here is not that the event hasn't started yet.... The main problem is that you are again ignoring us! So please give us any information what is going on.
And: if an event starts someone should watch the event start and give use answers here in the forum if something unexpected happens - that would be really appreciated!
Raid Boss used to start on Fridays, then they moved them to Thursday's (remember everyone was yelling)... Everyone, take a deep breath.... You can hit the trials or farm 100's... I say Laugh, Love, & Enjoy... Give Gree their 15 hours of beauty sleep..

Yes Ivanna but the clock is already ticking on the quest & some guilds might now be unable to finish since they have lost 24 hours
Completing RB needs @ 7000 orbs. We don't have enough to farm 100s for a day or so while Gree fiddles around.
Some player appreciation month....

It's been 23.5 hours now. It's 10:20am at Gree headquarters. How about at least letting us know that you're aware of a problem.
I love Kingdom Age. I spend a lot of time and too much money playing it. How can Gree expect to stay in business by ignoring it's customers about a major flaw in the game? And during "Customer Appreciation Month" no less.
I can only think that Gree does not appreciate us at all.
