It's been almost a year of no gold videos for anyone on an IOS device. You need to get in the back of the line:rolleyes:

Hightower, it has been broken ever since the newer boost buildings started being released. I've always assumed that the stats on Android don't take some or all of the recent boost building into account at all.Quote:

Well Hightower did get the energy regen plane to stack not too long ago and that has been an issue for almost as long as bonuses have been a thing. If they can get that fixed within a few hours of actually looking at it I think it is possible that they could get this fixed too. I'm not holding my breath though.Quote:

Customer Support likes to forward our problems to their engineers and close tickets so that it does not look like they have thousands of unresolved tickets even though their engineers has not fixed the problem still.
Then you have to restart a new ticket again and then this time, no response for weeks, because customer support has already forwarded our ticket to engineers and there is nothing else they can do except to close or ignore tickets.
Sounds about right???
