Ghost Hounds are not in the spreadsheet yet. But they also aren't on the typical prestige maps (only saw them on some master levels)

The spreadsheet is a Google spreadsheet that you need to click on to open and it shows all targets the one that is on the front page below this spreadsheet only shows current active targets
You can search by map or by target name to see if it is in the all target spreadsheet
