cant start mw. it can take betweem minute to over hour to start.

i hv data im typing here now.
ive been trying 45 mins already and it wont f start.
everyday i just want to start and collect. mw uses so much data and cpu that u cant leave it on as my battery goes in hour if the game is on in the bg.
but ive lost 30% trying to open this now hated game.
everyday your games cause people pain stress and suffering and you just keep making updates that are screwed up and things that are wrong.
so please just close mw so we can all find a decent game that works.
im fed up with the stress and pain.
Oh, forgot one - when my buildings come up when I'm sitting on my base waiting for them (which is what I always do now) I get the screen flash announcing it's payday but neither the $ signs or collect all button appear until I tap on a building.
hi gree maths is off under recycling.
tried to sell 10 units valued at $8 each....
my maths says 10 x 8 is 80
gree maths is 10 x 8 is 83
now ok looks like maths are in my favour..
i click add one unit all the same unit i will stress allwas scout 1/0.
and Gree maths goes...
8/16/24/33/41 etc to say total 10x8 is83.
upon selling... i did get paid 80 not 83.
so the points of this post are :-
1, Gree your maths has a bug that will confuse players..
2, players be aware when recycling on current data update the figure shown on screen as total amount may be a LOT HIGHER depending on how many units you try to recycle at the same time.
The amount you get paid should be correct but it probably will not be the anount you see on screen.
ie if u see 1,000,000 u might only get 920,800 or whatever.
....
plain enough for us.

edit :- sold some valor units got paid 0 valor.
p.s. if i sell 2 gign for 12$ each can u please fix it so i get $4bn ta very much :D

Glad you posted this. This is the same problem I reported. I though I was nuts since I've not been able to find anyone else mention this issue. Thanks for making me feel no alone.

I forgot before to mention this issue was not new to v 5.0. It started in the previous version about 3-4 weeks ago. I've submitted a ticket back then and was told "this issue would be fixed within a few hours". Yes Hours and I'm still ROFL at that reply, so I waited 3 weeks for version 5 and its not fixed. I submitted another ticket with no reply still after 5 days.
I wish I had the problems you guys have.. I would settle for them over my acct being lost with no word on time frame (if ever) I'll get it back.
I really wish a moderator would post in this thread daily what Gree is doing to get our accounts back.
We're basically in the dark with zero responses to our tickets other then auto responses. This thread is the Inly informations we have and it's not a whole lot.
Many like me are without our accounts!

Same here and also when trying to get a VIP status you get trown out of the game.
Also when solving goals the reward are shown in the game but not in the money box.
Also when raiding someone one time the defender is killed two or more times that moment and rewards also shown that times!
The same thing is happening with me in Crime City on my ios! My droid doesn't even show any of the new features and my attack and defense in MW has dropped over 500 million! When will it be fixed???
I hear u Richard day 7 no word other than original login to old game centre which doesn't help me meanwhile missing out on events I normally finish and picking up equipment and great a war starting soon going for 6 days that rewards for participation lol things aren't looking good from where I am sitting surely if they can take back gold glitch units in warp speed they can run some script to fix those of us with this dumb game centre issue
game crashes for me after downloading/updating the new version. i got in game after several tries in about 12hrs and then after that crashes again wonder what the stupid issue is
Another one which I'm sure will have been mentioned but I don't have time to read 17 pages of this. Every time I go to a map area the npc's have to load like its the first visit. Really frustrating.
The screen white-out on launching.
When my iPad is plugged into the mains the home button is on the left hand side. Before v.5 the game would detect this but now it flips upside down. It's ok when the home button is on the right. Please fix this and the disconcerting white-out ASAP.
Equipment missing that was there before
Equipment values reducing when recieving new equipment!! Maybe they attach to a unit and if you recycle the unit it goes ? Also cannot save any equipment changes - states server error... Started fltq 51/11 completed fltq 20 points lower.

Richard, from their apparent lack of any response whatsoever in this issue, I'd have to say don't expect to see your game for this war. It took them over a month to resolve the issues from their last update, and if they do come out with another, it will be another round of musical chairs, in terms of who will be locked out then. It's more people losing games everyday, I don't expect this event to be the big financial boon they were hoping for.
I see your point and your probably right. But I've been playing for three years and hate to lose out on all the units and faction events.
Would be better if we were at least getting daily updates from Gree on this serious issue. This is crazy.. With the loss of all these accts which represent real money, I would think this issue being fixed would be top priority for Gree as this could lead to a major legal case if not resolved. Everyone's accounts are in essence property owned by account holders. Every bit of gold, cash, units, energy, stamina we have purchased that was used in game to build our bases and stats stronger and stronger is real property which substantiates ownership.
No threats here, just stating facts.
Come on Gree get us our accounts back!
All accounts are owned by Gree, no matter how much you paid over the years. Players own NOTHING. If you don't believe me, read the TOS you agreed to by downloading and playing the game. All "property", including anything you've posted on walls in game and on this forum, are owned by Gree.
Lost recycle bonus units
When recycling units won on the crate/box events it also recycled my bonus unit I won with them by winning 8/8! It should not take away my bonus units for recycling the units that it took tto win them. Will you please return my units! As I don't already have enough problems!
There are so many glitches right now in WD!!
-Names not showing up in rosers
-Names not showing up in Faction Members list
-Allies showing 0 instead of 500 in enemy roster
-Attacks freezing and not finishing
-Droid not showing stats correctly
-Droid displays army equipment and soldier equipment reversed
-iOS not always displaying army equipment attack stat in splash screen
-Still many accounts are lost in limbo and need to be restored immediately before these people give up and quit altogether
So frustrating!
What is new? Game freezed before and freezes now. What is new?
I also cannot see the battle result report on raiding and hitting rival on his base. It is result of new equipment feature.
Loading time is unacceptable again.
In short, version 5 added problems instead of resolving.

Amazingly, you managed to create a multitude of new problems despite numerous recommendations to fix existing ones before proceeding with the 5.0 push. Give yourselves a pat on the back for ignoring your customers. Not many can accomplish this and still stay in business. Hoorah!!! Imagine how well you could have done by listening to your customers. I know it’s hard to believe. But, that’s how really successful businesses work.

Has anyone transferred their account to a new device in the new 5.0 environment? I’m going to be getting a new phone and giving my old one to my son for Christmas. I don’t know how to transfer the game to the new device. Yes, I have read the FAQs in the, so called, help section in-game. However, it’s outdated and directs me to create a “Funzio ID” which is no longer an option with 5.0. Yes, I have created a ticket to support for help. But, we all know that means waiting a couple of weeks for a response; a response that will probably be a form letter created for an unrelated issue that is in no way helpful. So, I’m asking for help in this thread or in the one I created here

hi i keep getting a msg on forum/news popup that says try this new game but if i click it nothing pops up and ive no idea what the game is

Please help me after I updated the latest version of MW, both my MW accounts 261 465 594 (using iPhone 4S) and 301 314 030 (using iPad 2) are having connection issues.
261 465 594 (using iPhone 4S) takes one whole morning to log in.
301 314 030 (using iPad 2) is unable to log in. Still showing loading new data.
Receive a reply from Gree on one of my account that was lost. Account was handed down from a buddy who has retired from the game.

If this is the way the Gree treats it's loyal players because of the incompetence of the developer, support and company, than I feel very sorry for this company. Amongst all the complaints that I have seen, I have been very patient without harsh comment.
I have been a developer, support and IT management for 30 years and this is the first time I seen such excuse just to explain incompetence of this team.
Tell me how many players do you really have after discounting all the dormant accounts. You will be lucky if you have 50% before release of 5.0. After the release, you lose another 25%. Now with that sorry ass of an excuse, you will lose more.
I use to enjoy this game but lately it has been more of a burden checking if I can get back in.
I gave 4.5 stars when I started a few years back, now I would not give 1. I do not claim to speak for the entire community but I am sure many players feel the same. If you do not believe me, try putting this message on the forum and asked for a survey.
